Live mission - Prisoner transport breakout

A spaceship transporting prisoners has been rigged to break down midway through transport, the player has been asked to go to the location and release 4 prisoners for one of our unlawful missions givers. They must make their way to the location and eliminate all security forces protecting the ship.

Once aboard the ship they must locate the prisoner manifest and match up the ID numbers with the names of who you have been tasked to release, however one of them is believed to be an informant, if the player can use the information on the manifest to figure out who the informant is and eliminate them, they will be rewarded a big bonus!

After that it's time to get out of there before reinforcements arrive to try and take the player down and out to prison themselves! This mission has currently been ran more than 110,000 times on our live build.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain all associated game design documentation 

  • Prototype new gameplay systems & mechanics before implementation into mission logic

  • Work closed across multiple disciplines to plan out and scope asset requirements 

  • Implementation of new mission logic to consider multiplayer impacts on the experience 

  • Set up and implementation of unique cryotube assets and gameplay logic to generate unique IDs 

  • Create new gameplay logic to integrate generated IDs into a prisoner manifest and it's associated objects

  • Playtesting and iteration based off design, QA and live tester feedback
